Every year, the Shared Ethics Advisory Commission hosts an Ethics Summit for municipal employees across Northwest Indiana. The half-day of training is designed to teach municipal leaders how to navigate dilemmas in an ethical, professional manner.

Attendees are encouraged to discuss and find solutions for ethical dilemmas presented by the speaker. The group then comes together to discuss the dilemma at hand.
